Terms and conditions of use of LarryPad and the LarryPad app

1. Publisher

The LarryPad application is published by LARRY SAS , a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS Paris 934 406 760 , with its registered office at 55 bis boulevard Pereire, 75017 Paris, France .

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern access to and use of the LarryPad application (hereinafter “the Application”) provided by LARRY SAS .

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, the user (“User”) acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
LARRY SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version shall be the one in force at the time of use.

3. Description of the Service

LarryPad is an educational and creative mobile application designed to be used with the LarryPad Kit , which transforms an iPad into an interactive activity notebook.
The application includes:

  • a homepage featuring free AI-generated content organized by category;

  • a “My Notebook” section containing user creations and activities;

  • blank pages and templates for drawing;

  • paid features , available through temporary subscription plans:

    • Train-train Pass – €5.99

    • Holiday Pass – €8.99

    • All-Access Pass – €69.99 (valid for one year)

During the subscription period, the User can generate unlimited drawings, exercises, and activities.
These services rely on third-party platforms (including OpenAI, Gemini, and equivalent services).

LARRY SAS shall not be held liable for malfunctions, service interruptions, or inaccuracies arising from such third-party providers, nor for the quality of the generated content.
LARRY SAS' responsibility is limited to maintaining proper technical integration and applying safety measures to prevent exposure to inappropriate content.

4. Specific Features

The “magic” feature allows the transformation of drawings into quizzes or interactive exercises.
It is available to subscribers and becomes inactive automatically upon the expiration of the relevant subscription.

5. Third-Party Content

The LarryPad Kiosk includes content supplied by third-party publishers, including Auzou and the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BNF) .
Such content remains the exclusive property of the respective publishers and is licensed to LARRY SAS for use solely within the LarryPad application.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use outside the Application constitutes a breach of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
LARRY SAS shall not distribute this content outside its official platforms.

6. User-Generated Content

The User can create and store content (drawings, texts, AI-generated materials) within the Application.
These remain the property of the User.
However, by saving them within the Application, the User grants LARRY SAS a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All components of the Application, including trademarks, logos, texts, designs, interfaces, and software, are the exclusive property of LARRY SAS or its partners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

8. Personal Data

LARRY SAS complies with all applicable laws on data protection.
No personal data is collected without the User's explicit consent.
Only technical data necessary for the operation of the Application may be processed.

9. Liability

LARRY SAS endeavors to provide reliable and secure access to the Application.
However, the company shall not be held liable for:

  • service interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers;

  • data loss or damages resulting from misuse of the Application;

  • inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content;

  • indirect, consequential, or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the Service.

The User remains solely responsible for their use of the Application.

10. Suspension and Termination

LARRY SAS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Application in case of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless otherwise specified.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law .
Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris , subject to mandatory legal provisions.
